Jeremiah is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, author of House in the Landscape, Face of Home, and The Distinctive Home, and a landscape painter. He is a former lecturer at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design where he continues to offer professional development seminars. In addition, he serves on numerous public service committees. In 2007 Jeremiah was elected to the New England Hall of Fame and in 2012 made an exhibiting member of the Providence Art Club, the second oldest art club in the United States.
Paul has been with the firm since 1985. His work reflects the firm's focus on residential and institutional architecture and he has worked on commissions with a number of leading teaching institutions throughout New England. A partner since 1994, Paul has been involved in a major transformation of the Thayer Academy campus over the past two decades. He has also overseen many of the firm's award-winning residential projects.
Meredith Chamberlin has been with Eck MacNeely since 2001 and a Junior Partner since 2006. She serves as project manager on many institutional projects, including the recently completed Hub at Shady Hill School and a 540-seat Center for the Arts at Thayer Academy. She has also been involved in many of the firm’s residential projects. Dan joined Eck MacNeely in 2009 and became a Principal in 2018. He has overseen a wide variety of campus projects, both adaptive reuse and new construction, as well as custom homes. Dan’s extensive, specialized knowledge of sustainability, code issues, and building science technology is a key asset to both our residential and institutional work.
Don Bartels joined the Eck MacNeely Architects team in 1998 and is a currently an Associate with architectural experience in a variety of project types including education, multifamily, single family residential, commercial mixed-use and historical preservation. Since joining EMA 22 years ago, he has managed and designed both large and small scale educational and residential projects within the firm. Tim joined Eck MacNeely Architects in July 2010, shortly after completing his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He became an Associate in 2018. Tim enjoys and encourages hand-drawing and sketching in a profession in which technology is rapidly changing the way in which an architect designs.
Asia has 25 years of architectural experience in a variety of project types including education,multifamily, single family residential, commercial mixed-use and historical preservation. She has a master’s degree in architecture from Cracow Polytechnic, Cracow, Poland, and, in addition, has studied at L’Ecole de Architecture de Paris and the University of Tennessee. Since joining EMA 3 years ago, she has managed both educational and residential projects.
Larry joined Eck MacNeely in 2016 after completing his Master’s degree in Architecture at Northeastern University. He has been involved in both residential and campus projects and has helped Eck MacNeely in its steady movement forward with respect to architectural design software and technology.

Rebecca Adell MacNeely, PhD, joined Eck MacNeely as office manager after working as the manager of an academic writing center at the University of Ottawa, Canada. She wrote her doctoral thesis on the history of industrial pollution control and uses her research and academic background to help further Eck MacNeely's interest in both sustainability and campus design.
